Pulfords – Breeding Property
Pulfords lies on fertile, undulating country with access to rich river flats north-east of Melbourne. This is home to our full blood Wagyu breeding herd, where calves are born and raised on green, nutritious pastures designed to support strong maternal performance and elite genetics.
Switzerland – Finishing Property
Switzerland sits along sweeping bends of the Goulburn River. Its deep, alluvial soils, meandering channels and shelter belts create a green, highly productive landscape where steers are slow-grown and finished. Here they develop the fine marbling and deep umami flavour that define Paul Webster Wagyu beef.
