PWW breeds 100% full blood Wagyu free range cattle. Every animal is traced to original Japanese bloodlines and raised under a program designed to express the full genetic potential of the breed.
Paul Webster Wagyu is accredited under the European Union Cattle Accreditation Scheme (EUCAS), with no hormonal growth promotants used and no Oestradiol-treated animals.
Japanese Bloodlines
Our herd draws on famous Japanese strains including:
- Tajima – renowned for fine, intense fat marbling.
- Shimane – foundational bloodline providing frame and depth.
- Kedaka – offering size and structural balance.
Marble Score Performance
96% of our 36–38 month old steers sold to date have achieved marble scores of 8, 9 and 9+ – the highest ratings possible under the Australian grading system.
